You have 1-1 direct chats with Kenz, as well as 1-1 coaching calls to make sure you are able to succeed in your goals in the program.
You are not the first stylist to go through this program. The Hairstylist Blueprint is a proven methodology that will work for any hairstylist who is willing to do the work required in the coaching program.
As long as you have 2-4 hours a week to attend the live virtual calls, and complete the course material, then you will be able to succeed.
This is an intimate coaching program. Kenz is very selective on who is able to join. If you aren't in a spot in your business that will allow you to have success in the program, she will let you know. (This is not for commission based hairstylists, brand new stylists straight out of school or anyone with a catty or bitchy personality.)
